Seasonal work that comes back around.
Retail has four busy runs, not one. Back to school. The holidays. The spring reset. And summer, when a shop clears what did not sell.
We staff live shows through all four. So this is seasonal work you can come back to. It does not end in January and start again from nothing.
Must be 18 or older. This is TikTok’s own requirement for going live and for TikTok Shop affiliate status, not just ours. TikTok’s age requirements for LIVE.
What the shift looks like
- Two hour shifts, set around the shop's quiet hours.
- Our accounts. Our gear. A shop with staff on the floor.
- Hours that move with you. Students work the summer, take the fall off, then come back for the holidays.
Who we are looking for
- Free for at least one busy run, and open to more.
- You are fine on camera. You are happy to learn new stock.
- You show up in the window you pick. That matters more than being free all year.
Common questions
- How does pay work?
- You are paid for every shift you work. When a show sells well there is a bonus on top. We tell you both numbers before your first shift, not after.
- What counts as a season?
- There are four. Back to school in August. The holiday run from October to December. The spring reset in March. And the summer clear-out. Shops hire for all four. You can work the ones that fit your year.
- Do I need a TikTok following?
- No. The live shows run on our accounts, which already meet what TikTok asks for. None of this rests on your following. You do not need an account.
- Can I work one season and come back later?
- Yes, and most people do. We keep good hosts on file and call them first. Coming back is easier than starting, because you know the job.
- Is there work in fall and winter?
- Yes. Fall work is the run up to the holidays. It starts earlier than most people think, often late September. Winter is quieter but not empty. Shops run clearance live shows in January, and those need hosts too.
