Where the shops are
Downtown Hershey on Chocolate Avenue, and Tanger Outlets Hershey
Chocolate Avenue has a run of boutiques and gift shops under the Kiss shaped street lights. Tanger Outlets is a few minutes up the road with more than sixty stores. Hershey has visitors all year. Most of them never get to the small shops downtown. A live show fixes that.

The Fall Meet in Hershey is the biggest old car show and swap meet in the world. It fills the lots around Hersheypark each October. Hershey Region AACA
The Hershey calendar, and when to be live
AACA Eastern Fall Meet
October 6 to 9, 2026
The biggest antique car show and swap meet in the world sets up around Hersheypark. The town is full for four days. Shops that go live that week reach buyers who came from every state.
Christmas Candylane at Hersheypark
Mid November through early January
The park opens for the holidays and the town fills on weekends. Shops downtown get the overflow. A live show from one of them sells to the crowd that came for the lights.
Summer at Hersheypark
Memorial Day to Labor Day
The busiest stretch of the year for the town. Shops are open late and full of visitors. A live show after close reaches the people who were in town today and the ones who are coming next week.

Common questions
- Where in Hershey are the shifts?
- Inside shops on and near Chocolate Avenue, and at the outlets. You get the shop and the address when you are booked. Most shows run after the shop closes.
- I work at the medical center. Can I host after a day shift?
- Yes. Two hours in the evening fits after a day shift without eating the whole night. Tell us which nights you are free and we book those.
- Is the car show week busy for hosts?
- It is the busiest week in town. Shops want to be live while the show is on. If you can work the first full week of October, say so when you apply.
- How does pay work?
- You are paid for every shift you work. When a show sells well there is a bonus on top. We tell you both numbers before your first shift, not after.
