How it works.
Four steps from the first visit to the finished clips. We handle all of it. Your part is small on purpose.
We visit your shop
We walk the floor with you and look at what you actually sell. You tell us what moves and what sits. That walkthrough is how we know which products to put in front of a camera, and it is most of the time this takes from you.
We set it all up
We open your TikTok Shop and get it verified. We list 40 of your products, with titles and photos that help people find them, and we sort out shipping and returns. The account is yours. If you stop working with us, it stays yours.
Our host goes live
A trained host comes to your shop with the full live setup. They hold your products up and talk about them. They answer questions as they come in. It runs about two hours, in a corner of your shop, while you stay open. Five live shows. The first is a soft launch. TikTok does not know your shop yet, so it starts small and builds. By show three or four the numbers mean something.
You keep the clips
A two hour live show has good moments in it. We cut those into short videos and hand them back. You post them after the show is over, on TikTok or anywhere else, and they keep working for weeks.
What we need from you
Three things, and none of them take long.
- Stock. Whatever you already sell.
- A corner of your shop for about two hours.
- Someone who can answer a question about a product if the host needs it.
Common questions
- How much of my time does this take?
- A walkthrough at the start, then about two hours per live show. You keep running your shop while the show is on.
- Do I have to be on camera?
- No. Our host can run it. If you want to be on camera we can set that up instead, and we run the tech.
- Whose TikTok account is it on?
- The live runs on our accounts, which already meet what TikTok asks for. Your shop keeps its own TikTok Shop, and that stays yours.
- What if a product does not sell?
- Some will not. We learn what your buyers respond to and change what we show. The first live show tells us a lot.
- How soon can we start?
- Setup takes a couple of weeks, most of it waiting on TikTok to verify the shop. After that we can book a live show.
