How to list products for a TikTok live.
Most guides skip the order. The order is the part people get wrong.
One step has to happen before you go live. Miss it and you cannot fix it mid-stream.
Step one: add products to your showcase
Products live in your product showcase. If a product is not in there, it cannot go in a live show.
Do this first, and do it properly. Titles and photos are how people find things.
Step two: build the LIVE product set before you go live
This is the step people miss. You choose which products the show can sell. You do it before you start.
You need at least two products in the shopping bag for the show to work.
Step three: go live
Once you are broadcasting, the set you built is what viewers can buy from.
Step four: pin as you demo
Pinning puts a product in front of viewers while you talk.
You cannot pin before you are live. The pin tools only exist during a broadcast.

- Can I add products once the show has started?
- Not to the set. Build it before you go live, or people cannot buy those products.
- How many products do I need?
- At least two in the live shopping bag. After that it depends on what you sell and how long you are on.
- Can I pin products from a computer?
- No. The LIVE Product List Pin is in the mobile app only.
